Job description
Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage all bookkeeping aspects of the company.
- Work closely with the Finance Manager and external vendors in managing our day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Manage all activities related to Accounts Payable – process vendor invoices, approval flow, prepare vendor payments, AP reconciliation, and maintain the GL in an accurate, complete and up-to-date manner.
- Prepare the trial balance and supporting documentation for the monthly closing process.
- Assist with updating transactions for cash flow reports.
- Reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts, including but not limited to bank accounts, credit cards, etc.
- Contribute to the periodic reporting tasks and support with year-end audit process.
- AR- calculate payments due to airlines and incoming transactions, and book the accounting entries and issue invoices.
- Travels abroad reports and bookings.
- Perform other finance ad-hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Certified bookkeeper (Type 3).
- 4+ years of proven experience managing all bookkeeping aspects in a fast-paced working environment.
- Experience with multicurrency accounts payable management and bank accounts reconciliations in a global environment.
- Priority ERP system.
- Excel.
- High-level English (native speaking level).
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a start-up environment.
