Job description

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage all bookkeeping aspects of the company.
  • Work closely with the Finance Manager and external vendors in managing our day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
  • Manage all activities related to Accounts Payable – process vendor invoices, approval flow, prepare vendor payments, AP reconciliation, and maintain the GL in an accurate, complete and up-to-date manner.
  • Prepare the trial balance and supporting documentation for the monthly closing process.
  • Assist with updating transactions for cash flow reports.
  • Reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts, including but not limited to bank accounts, credit cards, etc.
  • Contribute to the periodic reporting tasks and support with year-end audit process.
  • AR- calculate payments due to airlines and incoming transactions, and book the accounting entries and issue invoices.
  • Travels abroad reports and bookings.
  • Perform other finance ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Certified bookkeeper (Type 3).
  • 4+ years of proven experience managing all bookkeeping aspects in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Experience with multicurrency accounts payable management and bank accounts reconciliations in a global environment.
  • Priority ERP system.
  • Excel.
  • High-level English (native speaking level).

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in a start-up environment.
