JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a controller who is passionate about maintaining financial accuracy and

adept at working with numbers, with a talent for overseeing financial operations and ensuring

compliance.

As a Controller, you will play a critical role in managing our company's financial health and

ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and supervise the group’s bookkeeper’s work, ensure accuracy, meet timelines and comply with accounting standards.
• Lead the preparation and analysis of CONSOLIDATED financial statements - Monthly , Quarterly , Annually.
• Prepare actual vs. budget reports.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, expenses, billing, and collection
• Coordination of audits and internal audit , ensuring compliance and providing necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather financial data, provide insights, and support decision-making.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES

• More than 3 years of experience as a controller in a global company.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• CPA from Big 4.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, SOX and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Sap - a must! and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in enabled SAAS companies – Advantage
• Immediate availability – Advantage
• Excellenent English (verbal and written)
• Excellent communication and team player.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining financial accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
